free training
it was mayday aka labour day so no tkd but i went down to train wif the rest of the blackbelts.we did stretching per normal but no running and sparring cos we need an exprience teacher.we took turns kicking and holding.we trained until 8.15pm and all was practicing on our speed and accurate kicking.of course need to turn body and look at the target.all of us hadnt had our dinner so we went to kfc where we had popcorn and fried chicken wif fries and pepsi and potato.it was an enjoyable time i must say without the two instructors around.We laughed and teased one another as always.when it comes to tkd,i think the best is i laugh alot wif them and i am happy tat i am the onli girl among the tall ones and who is a blackbelt.i thik i am too solemn and need to spend time laughing and enjoying the fun wif others.i am glad that i joined this batch. |
